A track head, comprising a main housing (10), a phase power taking member (20), a power taking switch (30), a live wire output member (40), and a neutral wire output member (50). The main housing (10) is used for being mounted on a track of a track lamp; the power taking switch (30) is mounted on the main housing (10); the power taking switch (30) comprises a neutral wire power taking member (31) and a live wire power taking member (32); the live wire power taking member (32) and the neutral wire power taking member (31) both are mounted on the main housing (10); one end of the live wire power taking member (32) forms a live wire power taking potential (34), and the other end of the live wire power taking member (32) is used for being electrically connected to the track of the track lamp; the phase power taking member (20) is movably mounted on the main housing (10); one end of the phase power taking member (20) is used for achieving an electrical connection between the live wire power taking potential (34) and the live wire output member (40); and the neutral wire output member (50) is used for being electrically connected to the neutral wire power taking member (31). Therefore, the track head is more convenient in phase switching.
