Abstract:
This tracker module (100) comprises: an integrated circuit (80) that is placed on a module substrate (90); and a plurality of external connection terminals that include first through third external connection terminals. The integrated circuit (80) includes: a switch that is included in a switched capacitor circuit (20) configured to generate a plurality of discrete voltages on the basis of an input voltage; a switch that is included in an output switch circuit (30A) configured to selectively output at least one of the plurality of discrete voltages to the first external connection terminal on the basis of a first envelope signal; and a switch that is included in an output switch circuit (30B) configured to selectively output at least one of the plurality of discrete voltages to the second external connection terminal on the basis of a second envelope signal. None of the plurality of discrete voltages is outputted from the output switch circuits (30A and 30B) to the third external connection terminal. The third external connection terminal is placed between the first and second external connection terminals in a plan view of the module substrate (90).
