Abstract:
A tracker module (100) is provided with: an integrated circuit (80) which includes at least one switch included in a switched capacitor circuit (20) and at least one switch included in an output switch circuit (30A), and is arranged on a module substrate (90); at least one capacitor which is included in the switched capacitor circuit (20) and is arranged on a main surface (90a) of the module substrate (90); at least one capacitor which is included in a digital control circuit (60) and is arranged on the main surface (90a); and at least one metal member which is connected to the ground and is arranged on the main surface (90a). At least one metal member (941) is arranged between at least one capacitor (C14) included in the switched capacitor circuit (20) and at least one capacitor (C82) included in the digital control circuit (60).
