Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a data accumulation unit (11) that acquires network traffic data requested on a time-series basis and creates a plurality of data sets having different time intervals; a training unit (12) that uses a plurality of latent functions to evaluate the correlation among the plurality of data sets and calculates a weight coefficient; and a prediction unit (13) that calculates a predicted average using the latent functions calculated by the training unit and predicts network traffic on a future time scale.
