Abstract:
Disclosed is a trailer hitch rotation device, comprising a tow hitch mechanism (P) and a driving mechanism (Q) which are mounted on a beam structure of a vehicle; a motion assembly (P2) of the tow hitch mechanism (P) is mounted between a mounting cover plate (2) and a mounting support (8), does relative motion with respect to a fixed assembly (P1) and comprises a tow hitch (4) and a driving disc (5); the tow hitch (4) is connected to the driving mechanism (Q) by means of the driving disc (5), so as to be rotatable between a storage position and a working position under the action of the driving mechanism (Q); when at the storage position, the tow hitch (4) is parallel to the beam structure, and, when at the working position, the tow hitch (4) is perpendicular to the beam structure; a first crossed helical gear (11) of the driving mechanism (Q) is mounted on a motor shaft of a motor (14) and is meshed with a second crossed helical gear (12) to form first-stage transmission, and a parallel-axis helical gear (13) is coaxial with the second crossed helical gear (12) and is meshed with the driving disc (5) to form second-stage transmission, thereby driving the driving disc (5) by means of the motor (14). The trailer hitch rotation device has a small number of parts, low mechanism complexity and low price.
