Abstract:
A train brake shoe abrasion detection device and detection method. The detection device comprises a brake shoe abrasion detection electronic tag (10) mounted on a train brake shoe (60), an RFID reader/writer (20) mounted on the ground, and a ground train monitoring system (30); the brake shoe abrasion detection electronic tag (10) detects the degree of abrasion of a brake shoe friction block (61) by detecting a change in the thickness of the brake shoe friction block (61), and transmits a detection result to the RFID reader/writer (20) in a wireless transmission manner; and the RFID reader/writer (20) is connected to the ground train monitoring system (30).
