Abstract:
A train communication system 100 performs communication between an in-vehicle device and a TCMS 10. The train communication system 100 is provided with one or a plurality of in-vehicle devices and the TCMS 10. The one or plurality of in-vehicle devices convert a signal to the TCMS 10 into a signal having a network transmission format that is the format for transmission via a network 110 to which the plurality of in-vehicle devices can be connected, and also convert a network transmission format signal received from the TCMS 10 via the network 110 into an original format signal. The TCMS 10 converts a signal to an in-vehicle device into a signal having the network transmission format for transmision via the network 110, and also converts a network transmission format signal received from an in-vehicle device via the network 110 to an original format signal.
