Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a feature wherein when a flooded area or a predicted flooded area has occurred, each train in an operational section where the train is driven in accordance with a train schedule is controlled to evacuate the flooded area or the predicted flooded area. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, flood-related information is acquired from a flood database that manages flood-related information indicating the possibility of occurrence of a flood. On the basis of the flood-related information, a flooded area where a flood is now occurring and a predicted flood area where a flood is predicted to occur are determined. For a train located in the flooded area or the predicted flooded area, an outside-of-flooded-area travelable route, which is a travelable route to the outside of the flooded area or the predicted flooded area, and an outside-of-flooded-area travel allowed position, which is a travel allowed position corresponding to the outside-of-flooded-area travelable route, are calculated. The outside-of-flooded-area travel allowed position is transmitted to an on-vehicle control device in a train located in the flooded area or the predicted flooded area.
