Abstract:
A train scheduling method, comprising: receiving a riding request sent by a passenger, wherein the riding request comprises first identification information of the station where the passenger is currently located and second identification information of a destination station (S110); obtaining state information of a plurality of trains on the route (S120); obtaining a train to be scheduled by means of matching from the plurality of trains according to the riding request and the state information of the plurality of trains on the route (S130); sending the first identification information and the second identification information to the train to be scheduled, so as to enable the train to be scheduled to travel to the station where the passenger is currently located according to the first identification information, and moreover, enable the train to be scheduled to travel in a direction toward the destination station according to the second identification information (S140). According to the present method, the response time of a train to a passenger is shortened, and more waiting time is saved for the passenger, so that the service level for passengers is improved, and the traveling experience of the passengers is improved. Also disclosed are a scheduling apparatus, a scheduling system, a terminal device, and a train.
