Abstract:
[Problem] To automate payments that occur with transactions among a plurality of suppliers. Also to automate the recording of ledger sheets concerning payments among a plurality of suppliers. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a charge-information storage unit 14 that stores a plurality of items of related charge information in association with a common chain identifier, the plurality of items of related charge information occurring among a chain of transactional suppliers via a supply chain; and a supplier-information storage unit 18 that stores set payment terms. A computer executes: processing for setting, to "subject to payment", payment flags for a plurality of items of charge information having assigned thereto a common chain identifier with charge information for which money has been received; and processing for instructing payment for charge information for which the payment flag has been set to "subject to payment" and that has satisfied the payment terms. The present invention is also provided with a ledger-sheet storage unit that stores accounting ledger sheets of the individual transactional suppliers, and upon the completion of the instructed payment, the computer executes processing for recording a journal of the payment on an accounting ledger sheet of the payment source of the completed payment and recording a journal of the receipt of money on an accounting ledger sheet of the payment destination of the completed payment.
