Abstract:
Provided are a transaminase and an application thereof in preparing an optically pure chiral amine. Compared to the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid sequence of the transaminase has a substitution mutation at one or more positions among position 136, position 282, and position 306, and amino acid residues at the remaining positions are the same as SEQ ID NO: 1. Further provided is a method for using said transaminase to prepare a chiral amine. Utilization of the present transaminase can improve conversion rate.
