Abstract:
Provided is a transdermal absorption sheet production method which can reduce the cost of production equipment and allows for mass production of transdermal absorption sheets. This transdermal absorption sheet production method comprises: a filling step of filling a needle-shaped recess (15) of a mould (13) with a polymer solution (122) containing an agent; a placement step of placing the mould filled with the polymer solution (122) in a drying container (28); and a drying step of drying the polymer solution (122). At least a part of the drying container (28) is made of a microbe-impermeable, gas-permeable material, and the other part thereof is sealed. The microbe impermeability expressed in terms of LRV is 3.0 or more. The filling step and the storage step are performed in a sterile environment. In the drying step, the drying container (28) is placed outside the sterile environment.
