Abstract:
Provided is a transducer consistency evaluation method based on echo signal characteristic parameters, the method comprising: according to echo signals of a gas ultrasonic transducer in different environments, using a mathematical simulation model to extract echo signal characteristic parameters thereof; in order to ensure the accuracy of the characteristic parameters, using an artificial fish swarm algorithm to achieve optimal estimation of the echo signal characteristic parameters; then, calculating the Euclidean distances between general echo signal characteristic parameters of different transducers, and evaluating the consistency difference between the transducers by comparing the Euclidean distances; and achieving a consistency evaluation according to the difference in the echo signal characteristic parameters in the different environments. The dynamic performance difference between transducers can be analyzed more comprehensively, visually and efficiently.
