Abstract:
When pattern transfer is performed by pressing a first and second molds, on the surfaces of which rugged patterns are respectively formed, against the front and rear surfaces of a substrate, the first and second molds are aligned by rotating the first mold and/or the second mold around a central axis perpendicular to the surfaces of the first and second molds.
