Abstract:
Provided is a transfer dyeing apparatus, comprising a dyeing unit (100), a winding and unwinding unit, a dust removal unit (300), an expanding unit, a tension unit used for controlling the state of tension of fabric during the whole dyeing process from unwinding to winding up, a sizing and dehumidifying unit, a deflection-correcting unit and a drying unit (1000). The dyeing unit comprises a central roller (1), the central roller being mounted on a rack (12), and at least one dyeing component assembly device (5), wherein the dyeing component assembly devices are distributed around the circumferential periphery of the central roller, the fabric (2) to be dyed enters between the central roller and various dyeing component assembly devices (5) to be dyed, each of the dyeing component assembly devices comprises a full master printing form roller (511) and a transfer roller (512), and the transfer roller is located between the printing form roller and the central roller. Further disclosed is a double-sided transfer dyeing apparatus.
