Abstract:

A transfer foil having a low-reflection layer which can easily, positively and powerfully impart to the surface of a molded product high functions and multiple functions such as anti-reflection performance, scratch resistance, light resistance, anti-static performance and electromagnetic wave shielding performance while simplifying production processes and reducing production costs, by carrying out concurrently the molding of a product and the transfer of a function layer; and a production method for a molded product using this foil. A transfer foil having a low-reflection layer comprising, laminated sequentially on a releasable base film, a transparent low-reflection layer, a protection layer and a bonding layer; and a production method for a molded product having a low-reflection layer, comprising the steps of inserting a transfer foil having this low-reflection layer into a injection-molding mold, injecting molten resin toward the bonding layer side to form a resin molded product and at the same time bonding the transfer foil to the surface of the resin molded product, and later separating the releasable base film.
