Abstract:
This transfer instrument (10) transfers a medical sheet (300) to a transplant destination part (402) of a heart (400). The transfer instrument (10) comprises: a first carrier member (18) which has a first support part (26) and a first shaft (24); and a second carrier member (20) which has a second support part (50) and a moving part (48) that contains a second shaft (54). The second carrier member (20) is moveable relative to the first carrier member (18) from a first position, in which the entirety of a second support surface (74) on which the medical sheet (300) has been placed is positioned on a first support surface (46), to a second position, in which the second support surface (74) is positioned beyond the distal end of the first support part (26) in the distal end direction.
