Abstract:
Disclosed is a transfer and juicing apparatus. The transfer and juicing apparatus drives an upper tier transfer disc (2) in a transfer device (1) by means of the rotation of an upper tier motor (5), so as to transfer oranges to an opening on one side of the bottom face of the upper tier transfer disc (2) and drop into a lower tier transfer disc (3). When a first background suppression photoelectric unit (11), which is connected to a controller and is arranged on one side of the lower tier transfer disc (3), detects whether an orange exists in the lower tier transfer disc (3), a signal indicating that an orange or no orange exists in the lower tier is transmitted to the controller. A second reflector photoelectric unit (12) is arranged at an opening of the lower tier transfer disc (3) and is connected to the controller. When the second reflector photoelectric unit (12) detects an orange existing at the opening, a signal indicating that an orange exists at the passage opening is transmitted to the controller, so that the transfer of the orange into an orange turning hopper (4) is achieved. Further, by means of a second background suppression photoelectric unit (13) connected to the controller and arranged on one side of the orange turning hopper (4), the function of counting the oranges dropping into the orange turning hopper (4) from the opening of the lower tier transfer disc (3) is achieved.
