Abstract:
The process begins in the impression of an image by means of a laser printer, on a base of initial support in transference paper, after that said support is immersed in water to an average temperature of 35°C during the average time of 1 minute. Said support is removed after such process and then being applied on the wrinkled surface. The receiving surface will have to be prepared with a base of resistant acrylic ink at a high temperature, being warm to an average temperature of 50°C, during 20 minutes, in order to allow greater flexibility and tack of the resinous film. For the application of the base of initial support on the surface, it will have to be molded to the existing texture through the application of a virgin rubber coil with the diameter of 35mm, making possible the same setting of, in fractions of 3,5 millimeters of depth, being pressed in the vertical line. As finishing an UV varnish is applied, resistant to the ultraviolet rays, in order to waterproof the impression. The process has an industrial application in the sector of the impression of images, innovating the presentation support.
