Abstract:
A transfer robot which comprises a base column borne by a support plate. Supported on the base column is a common frame. A left handler is constituted by a first beam portion of the common frame, a first intermediate arm, a first tip end arm, a first hand and so on. A common motor sets an expansion and contraction direction of the left handler, and the common motor and a first motor drive the left handler in expanding and contracting manner. Further, a right handler is constituted by a second beam portion of the common frame, a second intermediate arm, a second tip end arm, a second hand and so on. The common motor sets an expansion and contraction direction of the right handler, and the common motor and a second motor drive the right handler in expanding and contracting manner.
