The present invention relates to a device handler, and more specifically, to a transferring tool performing device pick-up and transfer on a device handler performing device inspection, sorting, etc. Disclosed is a transferring tool comprising: a driving pulley unit (100) which is rotation-driven by a driving motor generating rotational force, and which comprises a plurality of driving pulleys (110, 120, 130, 140) having different outer diameters from each other; a driven pulley unit (300) which faces the driving pulley unit (100) and is installed so as to correspond to the driving pulley unit (100), and which comprises a plurality of driven pulleys (310, 320, 330, 340) having different outer diameters from each other; a plurality of rotating members (210, 220, 230, 240) which wind around each driving pulley (110, 120, 130, 140) and each driven pulley (310, 320, 330, 340); and one or more picker (400) which couples to each rotating member (210, 220, 230, 240) at a predetermined position, wherein any one among the driving pulley unit (100) and the driven pulley unit (300) couples with a corresponding rotating member (210, 220, 230, 240) coupling thereto by means of a tooth profile structure.
