Abstract:
Transformation of cells capable of producing or secreting A$g(b)1-42 with a PS-2 variant gene can provide transformed cells which can be subcultured and can produce or secrete a large amount of A$g(b)1-42, and use of the cells enables an A$g(b)1-42 production or secretion inhibitor to be efficiently screened with high sensitivity.
