Abstract:
Disclosed are a transformer bushing partial discharge monitoring chip device and method, which belong to the technical field of transformers. The invention solves the problems of existing transformer bushing monitoring devices being large in size, having extensive wiring, generating interference on collected signals, and having a low degree of monitoring precision. In the invention, a collection unit comprises three sensor modules which are arranged at respective taps of a three-phase bushing of a transformer and are used for collecting partial discharge signals and power frequency current signals of the transformer bushing taps; each sensor module is connected to an SIP digitization unit via a wire; the SIP digitization unit is fixedly mounted below the base of the collection unit, and is used for performing digitization processing on the partial discharge signals and the power frequency current signals; and an output end of the SIP digitization unit is connected to an input end of a background processing terminal. In the invention, the transmission distance of collected signals can be greatly reduced and electromagnetic interference on said signals is reduced, thereby increasing the signal logic calculation precision, and increasing the accuracy of transformer bushing partial discharge monitoring.
