Abstract:
Provided is a transistor-type polyamine sensor with which it is possible to detect a polyamine easily and with high sensitivity. Specifically, provided is a transistor-type polyamine sensor having a detection site, the transistor-type polyamine sensor being such that: an organic compound having carboxy groups and thiol groups is secured to all or part of the surface of the detection site via the thiol groups constituting the organic compound; heavy metal ions and the carboxy groups constituting the organic compound are bonded together; and a change in a threshold-value voltage produced due to the heavy metal ions bonding to a polyamine is measured, whereby the polyamine is detected.
