A transition roller used in cotton cloth textile production, comprising: a transition roller body (1), the surface of the transition roller body (1) being provided with a carrier roller (2), two sides of the carrier roller (2) being provided with connecting rods (3), the surface of the carrier roller (2) being provided with several solid blocks (4), a groove (5) being provided between each two solid blocks (4), several cotton adhering blocks (6) being provided inside the groove (5), several accommodating grooves (7) being provided on the surface of the groove (5), first magnetic blocks (8) being provided inside the accommodating grooves (7), second magnetic blocks (9) being provided at the bottom of the cotton adhering blocks (6), and cotton adhering strips (10) being provided on the top of the cotton adhering blocks (6). Said apparatus solves the problem that, when an existing transition roller is used for cotton cloth textile production, the cotton cloth weaving surface will inevitably be attached with cotton fibres, which are usually required to be removed manually, causing an increase in labor costs, having a negative economic impact, and being difficult to use.
