Abstract:
Provided is a transmission circuit that appropriately controls output power according to the impedance variation of a load. A transmission circuit 10 comprises: a transistor 1031 that is supplied with a bias current IB1, and that amplifies and outputs an input signal RFin; a transistor 1032 that is supplied with a bias current IB2, that amplifies and outputs an input signal, and that has a collector which is connected to a collector of the transistor 1031; a current generation circuit 106 that generates a current I2 on the basis of a current I1 from an emitter of the transistor 1032; and a bias control circuit 107 that outputs, on the basis of the current I2, a first bias control signal for controlling the bias current IB1 and a second bias control signal for controlling the bias current IB2.
