The transmission configuration determination method comprises: determining, according to first preset information, a transmission configuration for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by single downlink control information (DCI), wherein the first preset information is carried in at least one of a radio resource control (RRC) message, a media access control control element (MAC CE), and the DCI.
