A transmission device for power generation using sea waves, comprising: a platform; and a first power device, a first speed change device, a rotating device, a second power device, and a second speed change device, which are arranged above the platform. The first power device swings by means of coming waves, and is connected to and drives the first speed change device to rotate, so that the first speed change device is connected to and drives the unidirectional rotation of a unidirectional forward rotation device, which is connected to one side of the rotating device; and the second power device is pushed backwards to swing by means of receding waves, and is connected to and drives the second speed change device to rotate, so that the second speed change device is connected to and drives the unidirectional rotation of a unidirectional reverse rotation device, which is connected to the other side of the rotating device and arranged opposite the unidirectional forward rotation device. In this way, the unidirectional forward rotation device and the unidirectional reverse rotation device, which are arranged opposite each other, can be respectively driven by the coming waves and the receding waves to generate power to drive the rotating device.
