Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving a first sounding reference signal resource indicator (SRI) sent by a network device; the terminal device determining, according to the first SRI, a first resource identifier set from among at least one resource identifier set corresponding to L1max and N1SRS, wherein the first resource identifier set corresponds to the first SRI and comprises an identifier of at least one resource, L1max is the maximum number of uplink transmission layers of the terminal device, N1SRS is the number of sounding reference signal (SRS) resources of the terminal device, and N1SRS is greater than 4 and/or L1max is greater than 4; and the terminal device performing uplink transmission according to the at least one resource. N1SRS is expanded to be greater than 4 and/or L1max is expanded to be greater than 4, that is, the expansion of the maximum supported number of uplink streams is realized, such that the maximum supported number of uplink streams is greater than 4, so that the requirements of a high-speed uplink communication scenario can be met.
