Abstract:
A transmitting apparatus, a receiving apparatus and a communication system wherein at the end of a receiving apparatus, the S/N improvement effect is large, the effective throughput is not reduced, and there is no need to use many spread signal synchronization circuits. The transmitting apparatus has an arrangement including a pulse generating circuit, a pulse repetition period deciding circuit, a peak value power deciding circuit and a modulator. The pulse generating circuit generates a pulse train. The pulse repetition period deciding circuit decides, based on a clock signal, the pulse repetition period of the pulse train generated by the pulse generating circuit. The peak value power deciding circuit decides a pulse peak value power of the pulse train generated by the pulse generating circuit. The modulator modulates the pulse train generated by the pulse generating circuit with transport data to generate a transport signal.
