Abstract:
The disclosure is related to transmitting configuration information of interference measurement resources (IMRs) and measuring interference in a downlink CoMP environment. A transmission point determines IMR configuration information for a downlink interference measurement of user equipment, and transmits the IMR configuration information to the user equipment, wherein the IMR configuration information is identified based on an interference measurement resource index indicating the IMR configuration information.
