Abstract:
A transparent beverage containing a fruit flavor, wherein an off-flavor from the fruit flavor is masked.
To a transparent beverage containing a fruit-like flavor component, 5 ppb or more of vanillin, 500 ppb or more of maltol, 100 ppb or more of ethyl maltol, 3 ppb or more of ethyl octanoate or 50 ppb or more of 2-undecanone is added.
