Title:
TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE MULTILAYER FILM AND TOUCH PANEL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/141134
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A hard coat layer, which is formed of a cured product of a polymerizable composition containing nanometer-sized inorganic particles and a vinyl compound, is laminated on at least one surface of a base film that is formed of a transparent material, and a transparent conductive layer is formed in a region of the surface of the hard coat layer. The vinyl compound contains a silicon-free polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a silicon-containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate. The thus-obtained transparent conductive multilayer film is applicable to a transparent electrode substrate for projected capacitive touch panels, or the like. The average primary particle diameter of the inorganic particles is about 1-100 nm. The inorganic particles may be metal oxide particles. The thus-obtained transparent conductive multilayer film is capable of improving the visibility of a display device having a patterned transparent conductive layer (transparent electrode) such as a capacitive touch panel.
