Abstract:
Provided are a transparent display panel (10) and a display apparatus. The transparent display panel (10) comprises: a base substrate (100); a signal transmission layer (110), which is located on the base substrate (100) and has a plurality of hollowed-out areas (LB); and a first electrode layer (130), which is located on the base substrate (100) and has a plurality of first electrodes (130), which are spaced apart from each other, wherein the orthographic projection of at least one of the plurality of first electrodes (130) on the base substrate (100) and the orthographic projection of at least one of the plurality of hollowed-out areas (LB) on the base substrate (100) have an overlapping area.
