Abstract:
Provided is a transparent electroconductive laminate which has an indium-tin oxide film that is crystallized after film formation, the indium-tin oxide film demonstrating good conductivity. The transparent electroconductive laminate has a transparent substrate and a crystallized indium-tin oxide film provided on the transparent substrate. The sheet resistance of the indium-tin oxide film is 75 [Ω/□] or less, and the difference in transmissivity (ΔT) is 1% or less, where T1 [%] is the transmissivity of light in a portion of the transparent electroconductive laminate where the indium-tin oxide film is present, T2 [%] is the transmissivity of light in a portion of the transparent electroconductive laminate where the indium-tin oxide film is not present, |T1 - T2| is the absolute value of the difference between T1 and T2, and the difference in transmissivity (ΔT) is the result of calculating and averaging |T1 - T2| at each 1 nm over a wavelength range of 500─700 nm.
