Abstract:
[Problem] Embodiments of the present invention provide: a transparent electrode which has high stability, low sheet resistance and high light transmissivity; a method for producing this transparent electrode; and an electronic device which uses this transparent electrode. [Solution] A transparent electrode 100 which has a structure that comprises a transparent base material 101, a metal grid 102, metal nanowires 103, and a neutral polythiophene mixture 104. The metal grid 102 has a buried part which is buried in the transparent base material 101 and a protrusion part which protrudes from the transparent base material 101; and the metal nanowires 103 and the neutral polythiophene mixture 104 are arranged so as to be in contact with the transparent base material 101 or the protrusion part.
