Provided are a transparent OLED display and a manufacturing method therefor. The method for manufacturing a transparent OLED display comprises: forming an active layer (40) and a first storage capacitor electrode (41) in the same process, and making the first storage capacitor electrode be made of a transparent metal oxide semiconductor material; and manufacturing an anode (91) and a second storage capacitor electrode (92) by means of two photolithographic processes, and making the second storage capacitor electrode be prepared only from a transparent conductive oxide material, so that a storage capacitor region where the first storage capacitor electrode and the second storage capacitor electrode are located is presented as a transparent region, thereby improving the light transmittance of a transparent OLED display and improving the transparent display effect of the transparent OLED display; furthermore, when the anode and the second storage capacitor electrode are manufactured, forming a wiring terminal (93) located in the peripheral region, and making the wiring terminal be prepared only from a transparent conductive oxide material, so as to prevent same from being corroded by external water and oxygen, thus increasing the service life of the transparent OLED display.
