Abstract:

A transparent polymer film, which satisfies Re < 5, &Verbar Rth&Verbar < 20, &Verbar Re(700) - Re(400)&Verbar < 5, &Verbar Rth(700) - Rth(400)&Verbar < 20, &Verbar Re(10%) - Re(80%)&Verbar < 5, and &Verbar Rth(10%) - Rth(80%)&Verbar < 15, and exhibits a moisture permeability in terms of a film thickness of 80 μm of 500 g/(m²?day) or more. The above film is excellent in the resistance to moisture, is reduced in optical inisotropy, and can be directly pasted together with a polarizing film.
