Abstract:
Disclosed are a transport apparatus for transferring a battery and a control method therefor. The transport apparatus for transferring a battery, according to the present invention, comprises: a tray which moves along a conveyor belt and carries a battery; an impact sensor which is installed on the tray and detects an amount of impact transmitted to the tray; a member-to-be-recognized which is installed along a movement path of the tray; a reader which is installed on the tray and recognizes the member-to-be-recognized; and a control unit which receives measurement values of the impact sensor and the reader and stores same in a server, and decelerates the movement of the tray in an area where impact of a preset value of amount or more is transmitted to the tray.
