Abstract:
Transport trolley with a manual screw jack, wherein the wheels (1), are situated on two parallel rails (2), with a mast (3) in the form of two channel sections, connected to the top of a mast is the transverse stabilizing element (11), the load platform (4) is raised by bogie means of a screw mechanism (5), the load platform (4) is fixed to a mast (3) by guide means (6), the screw mechanism (5) is connected to pulley block by a steel cable (7), through movement crank (15) the cable (7) is wound onto the drum (implicit, part of the pulley arrangement) and the gearwheel detent lock (8) locks the releasing of the cable (7) and thereby prevents the dropping of the load platform (4) the screw mechanism (5) is mounted on the mast and a handle (13) is fastened to the mast in order to move and maneuver the trolley.

Transport truck with a manual screw jack lift

The object of the invention is a trolley, equipped with a manual jack screw, designed for transporting, loading and unloading of goods.

Known solutions trolleys, are powered by electric motors or combustion. These trucks need extensive journeys accordingly to be able to move. In addition, the engine needs to have air circulation in order to discharge gases produced by their movement. These trucks also require power to move (charging current or refuel). These trucks have a relatively large size making it impossible to move them in all conditions.

Trolley invention solves the problem of having to supply motor vehicle used for transporting goods. It is lightweight and compact. The truck needs a little space to be able to travel from point to point. Durable screw mechanism, operated by the user, used when lifting truck cargo space allows the transport of goods weighing up to 100kg. The invention relates to a new design using a hand truck worm mechanism. A transport trolley is composed of a metal frame and has four wheels arranged at two parallel facing rails which are provided a mast for lifting the floor (platform) truck with a manual mechanism of the worm. The platform is secured to the mast by means of guides. Screw mechanism has a steel cable and lock that prevents the backflow of links. At the top of the mast is the block in which are mounted a link.

The truck is shown closer to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows a cart in a top view, Figure 2 the truck in side view, Figure 3 truck rear view of the truck Figure 4 is a perspective view, Figure 5 a fragment of the truck magnification.

Both rotary wheels are equipped with locking mechanisms (brakes) to prevent uncontrolled movement of the wheelchair. This location rotary wheel, the operator side, facilitates maneuverability. In both parallel elements / 12 / mast / 3 / are mounted guides / 6 /, which moves the loading / 4 /. The mast is attached also a mechanism for elevating / 5 /, the loading / 4 / and handles / 13 /, to move and maneuver the truck. The lifting mechanism is comprised of a steel cord 1 1 1 and the mechanism of the worm / 5 /, which through movement of crank / 15 / link / 7 / is wound onto the drum / 14 /. The drum is fitted around toothed ratchet / 8 /, preventing accidental release of the rope 111 and, consequently, falling loading platform / 4 /.
