Abstract:
A transport vehicle system (1) comprises a plurality of transport vehicles (5), a plurality of stations (ST), and a control unit (40).
The control unit (40) performs switching determination for determining whether or not a second transport vehicle (5B), assigned with a transport command in which the movement destination is a second station (STb) located downstream of a first station (STa), exists upstream of the first transport vehicle (5A) assigned with a transport command in which the movement destination is the first station (STa), and performs, if determining that the second transport vehicle (5B) exists upstream of the first transport vehicle (5A), switching control for switching, between the first transport vehicle (5A) and the second transport vehicle (5B), the movement destinations of the transport commands that had been assigned before the switching determination.
