Abstract:
A transverse coaxial differential-reducer integrated electric bridge, comprising a body (1). The body (1) comprises a motor (2), a planetary gear speed reducer (3) and a cylindrical gear differential (4); the motor (2) is provided with an outer housing A(5); the outer housing A(5) is provided with a motor stator (6) therein; the motor stator (6) is provided on the inner side with a motor rotor A(8) and a motor rotor B(9); both the motor rotor A(8) and the motor rotor B(9) are provided with a permanent magnet (19); the cylindrical gear differential (4) is installed inside the motor (2); the cylindrical gear differential (4) is mounted in the middle part with a driven wheel A(20) and a driven wheel B(21). The cylindrical gear differential is disposed inside the rotor of a permanent-magnetic synchronous motor to highly integrate the motor, the differential and the reducer on one shaft, so that the volume of a transmission unit of an electric automobile is reduced and power density is improved; and the differential is at the high speed end of the reducer and is less stressed.
