Abstract:
Provided is a trash bag holder which allows a trash bag, which can be disposed of together with collected trash, to be stably placed inside a trash can regardless the material and shape of the trash can and in a manner that is not aesthetically detracting, said trash bag holder being usable for trash cans of different sizes. The trash bag holder comprises: a holding portion which is formed from wire rods arranged in a loop, the inside of the loop forming a trash inlet, and which has a contour similar but larger than the opening of the trash can in which the trash bag is placed; and a supporting portion that is formed by arranging, in a spaced face-to-face relationship to each other, two elastic wire rods shorter than the height of the trash can, and connecting one end of each of those wire rods to each other. At the unconnected ends, the supporting portion is connected to the holding portion. The holding portion, at positions where the supporting portion is connected, is separated by the amount of spacing between the two wire rods.
