Abstract:

A travel frame device for a conveyor comprising a frame material A formed of a long metallic mold material, a pair of long traveling rail materials B made of synthetic resin and secured to a predetermined position on a predetermined surface of the frame material A, and a plurality of rail securing tools C which can secure the pair of traveling rail materials B removably to the frame material A. The pair of long traveling rail materials B is each provided with a holding protrusion (13) having a holding groove (13a), the pair of long traveling rail materials B are arranged such that the holding grooves (13a) oppose each other, a pair of latching protrusions (31) each provided on the chain unit of a conveyance chain E are formed to slide in the holding grooves (13a) of the pair of traveling rail materials B, and the conveyance chain E is arranged to move smoothly without deviating from the pair of traveling rail materials B. With such an arrangement, an economic travel frame device for a conveyor is provided in which the constitution is simplified, the number of components is decreased, the weight is reduced, assemblage is facilitated, strength and precision can be sustained, and handling and maintenance are facilitated.
