Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to detect the degradation of a travel wheel without using a special sensor, or the like. The present invention detects the degradation of a travel wheel of a travel carriage that travels as a result of the rotation of the travel wheel by a travel motor. A slip speed is determined that is the difference between the speed determined from the number of rotations of the travel wheel and the speed of the travel carriage relative to the ground. The degradation of the travel wheel is detected on the basis of the passing of the travel motor torque and the slip speed through a prescribed abnormal region in a space having the torque and slip speed as components.
