Abstract:
A traveling particle bulk material loading machine for a container typically includes
a material receiving machine, a main frame (1), a hydraulic lifting machine (4,5)
for the main frame, front and back conveying telescopic frames (8,9) and the telescopic
mechanism, sensing and detecting mechanism on the front conveying telescopic
frame, an electrical belt scale (14), a roller shifting mechanism and a control
system. Said front and back conveying telescopic frames are telescopically
mounted in the main frame (1), extended and retracted by the telescopic mechanism.
The main frame (1) is raised and lowered through hydraulic pressure. A sensor
(21) is provided at the front end of the front telescopic frame (8), and the electrical
belt scale (14) is mounted on the main frame (1). A filtering mechanism (15) is
provided at the back end of the back conveying telescopic frame (9), and a material
receiving hopper (23) is mounted on the frame of the material receiving machine.
