Abstract:
A tray device for carrying a sample rack, comprising a tray (1), a guide rail (2) mounted on the tray (1), two connecting rods (3) respectively hinged to two sides of the tray (1), and a handheld rod (4) connected to the connecting rods (3). The handheld rod (4) comprises a cross rod (41) and two support rods (42); the end portions of the connecting rods (3) are fixedly connected to the end portions of the support rods (42) and the end portions of a cross beam (5) parallel to the cross rod (41), respectively; retaining plates (6) are provided at the edges of the tray (1) on two sides of the extension direction of the guide rail (2); a flange (61) is formed at the upper edge of the retaining plate (6) on one side; when the cross beam (5) touches the flange (61) and then the tray (1) is in a lifted state, in a coordinate system formed by taking the direction of a lifting force as axis y, the central axis of the tray (1) perpendicular to the extension direction of the guide rail (2) as axis X, and the extension line of the guide rail (2) or a parallel line thereof as axis z, the center of gravity positions of the tray device and the sample rack are (X1/Y1/Z1) and (X2/Y2/Z2), X1 and X2 satisfying the following formula: |G1*X1|≈|G2*X2|, G1 being the gravity of the tray device, and G2 being the gravity of the sample rack. It is ensured that the swing amplitude of a sample rack in a lifting/lowering process of a tray that carries the sample rack is small.
