A treadmill having a temperature-regulating convection device, comprising: a frame, a base (2) and a convection device (46); the convection device (46) comprises a convection housing (47), the convection housing (47) being provided therein with a fresh air outlet chamber, and an inner circular wall of the convection housing (47) being provided with an annular air outlet slit (48) that is in communication with the fresh air outlet chamber, while an air inlet tube (49) is provided at a bottom of the convection housing (47); the convection device (46) further comprises a fresh air pipe (35), as well as a semiconductor refrigeration device (36), a negative ion generator (37) and a booster fan (38) which are disposed within the fresh air pipe (35); a front end of the fresh air pipe (35) is connected to the air inlet tube (49); a rear end of a base frame (11) is provided with a second lifting support column, and an upper end of the second lifting support column is provided with an air return device which is at a height equal to that of a display; a temperature sensor is disposed at an air return hole (56) of the air return device, and the temperature sensor and the semiconductor refrigeration device (36) are both electrically connected to a temperature control module.
