Abstract:
A treadmill usage duration-based awarding method, comprising: recording a time measurement duration, a pre-set award for the current cycle, a pre-set network group, a pre-set range of the pressure that a treadmill is continuously subjected to (S101); when the start point of the time measurement duration is reached, continuously measuring and recording the running duration of each member in the network group during the current cycle, and stopping recording when the pressure that the treadmill is continuously subjected to is not within the pre-set range of the pressure that the treadmill is continuously subjected to (S102); when the end point of the time measurement duration is reached, compiling statistics on the running duration of each member in the network group during the current cycle (S103); pushing to the users the running duration ranking information arranged in the order of descending exponential powers (S104); according to the ranking information, sending the pre-set award for the current cycle to the user ranked number one (S105). Also provided is a treadmill.
