Title:
TREATMENT DRUG FOR TREATING DISEASE INVOLVING eIF2B
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/244865
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a treatment drug that controls the action of eIF2B and thereby inhibits the integrated stress response pathway, making it possible to obtain a treatment drug that can be used to treat and/or prevent diseases involving the integrated stress response pathway such as neurodegenerative diseases. The present invention is a treatment agent for treating diseases involving eIF2B, the treatment agent containing a compound including the SFSV NSs protein or at least a part of the SFSV NSs protein, or a compound that induces expression of at least a part of the SFSV NSs protein.
